Four solutions

Every study task has its own tool.

Document readiness, study files, financial management and trial discovery.

01 of 04Available
eISF

The study file, always up to date.

The problem: Documents in folders, emails and spreadsheets, and nobody knows which version is current.

Digital investigator site file: every requirement has its document, versions, owner and quality review.

  • Versions with history: renewing never erases the original
  • Quality review (QC) separate from upload
  • Team, training, tasks, milestones and alerts
  • Document monitoring and file export

From study budget to payment, with outstanding balances in view.

The problem: Billable activity can go unbilled, while payments are tracked in separate spreadsheets.

Track study finances: budgets, recorded activity, invoices, payments received and vendor payments. The pilot scope is discussed with your site.

  • Versioned budgets and rates
  • Recorded activity, invoices and outstanding balances
  • Vendors, payments and fees

Site Ready

Documents ready before the protocol arrives.

The problem: Every new study asks again for the same CVs, certificates and site documents.

Gather your institutional documents and your team's professional passport. When a study arrives, you reuse the evidence that applies.

  • Site document repository
  • Passport: CV, credentials and training
  • Validity dates, checks and versions

Opportunities

Explore trials that may fit your site.

The problem: Searching the public registry takes hours and does not tell you which trials fit your site.

Search ClinicalTrials.gov by condition, sponsor and country to prioritize outreach. Confirm whether the sponsor is accepting new sites.

  • Search by condition, sponsor and country
  • Explainable prioritization and site locations

Control and traceability

Every action has an owner, a context and a history.

For teams that need to know who did what, with which permission and on which version.

01

Permissions by study and site

Each person sees what their profile, institution and validity dates allow. Administering the platform does not grant access to clinical documents.

02

Versions with history

Renewing a document creates a new version and keeps the original, with its provenance.

03

Quality separate from upload

Uploading a file does not approve it. Evidence goes through quality review before it counts as ready.

04

Recorded changes

Relevant changes and granted access are recorded, with a reason and a date.

RAILIS organizes evidence and shows document readiness. It does not replace regulatory review or your team's decisions.

Before you start

What's worth knowing.

What can I use at no charge?

Site Ready is free and includes institutional documents and the professional passport. The explorer and Opportunities for your site are free during the beta. Access requires institutional approval and the corresponding permissions.

Who pays for eISF and how much is it?

USD 125 per month for each active study-site combination, from the site's enablement until its document close-out. The sponsor or CRO that contracts the study pays; if the site contracts its own, the site pays. The same study-site is never billed twice. Values exclude taxes.

What does setup include?

The one-time USD 1,500 fee per study covers standard configuration and remote training. Scope is confirmed before starting; special configurations are quoted separately.

How do I join the CTMS pilot?

Each site receives a quote based on scope. We start by discussing scheduled visits, reimbursable expenses and unscheduled visits. Included features and commercial terms are agreed before contracting.

Does Opportunities confirm that a patient can participate?

No. It lets you explore trials from public information and prioritize options for a site. The study team reviews clinical criteria and confirms eligibility and availability. The platform does not manage clinical referrals.

What happens after I create my account?

You verify your email and the platform team reviews the institutional request. Once approved, the relevant access is assigned. Creating an account does not activate all four modules automatically.

Is a published trial accepting new research sites?

Not necessarily. Recruitment status refers to participants. Opportunities helps prioritize trials and contacts; the sponsor or CRO must confirm whether new sites can join.

Can I enquire without a research site affiliation?

Yes. Referring healthcare professionals can email us using their profile’s contact option. Institutional access to Opportunities requires site affiliation and permissions. Do not email identifiable patient information.

What happens to the file when a study closes?

Retention and subsequent site access follow the contracted term. Before contracting, request details of retention, export and what happens when that term ends.

Why does registration show eISF?

Your RAILIS account is managed in the ISF service. You verify your email and request institutional access there. If the language changes, select ES, EN or PT on the registration page.
